Beautiful white beaches, sand between my toes, good seafood, sunshine, fun galore, relaxation to the max, stress relief – when my mind begins to think these wonderful thoughts Midnight Properties is there for me.  For close to six years, I have depended on Midnight Properties to find the perfect place for my escape.  It began with The Beach Club and expanded to other wonderful places such as Windemere and Mediterra and many, many repeat visits to The Beach Club.  Midnight Properties always has the perfect place if I am traveling alone or with family members and friends.  The variety of condos offered can fulfill whatever needs I have whether it is Wi Fi so I can work, a shaded pool for my grandchildren, good places to eat for a non cook like me, and fabulous shopping!  I have never been disappointed with any recommendation from Nina at Midnight Properties.  She takes the time to listen to me and help guide me to the perfect condo and complex.  I can’t begin to count the number of times I have called on Nina and her expertise to find the right place for me.  For beautifully appointed condos in locations and with on site amenities to fill all your desires, call Midnight Properties.  They make every visit special!

I have stayed at three different properties with Midnight Properties in the past couple of years.  I have to say that they are all great and unique in their own way. If you want a full service resort that you never have to leave then the Beach Club is the way to go. Shops, restaurant and store are all here for your convenience. Relax and enjoy! If you are looking for luxury then Mediterra is an excellent choice.

Everything is top of the line in these condo's and the location of the resort is excellent. The furnishings are amazing and comfortable and

the view from the balcony which wraps around from the bay side to the ocean side is unbelievable.  Windemere is also a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings make this a great choice. I found the location here to be more private and less crowded which is just what I was looking for. Less crowd and noise made for a very peaceful and relaxing trip. Great  restaurants are nearby so there is no need to get into a lot of traffic.  Whatever you are looking for then Midnight Properties has the perfect place to stay.  I have stayed at many resorts in Florida and on the Alabama coast and NONE can compare with the condo's that I have booked with Midnight Properties.

I will definitely be booking with this company again and look forward to staying at some of their other properties in the future.

Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how perfectly fantastic the Mediterra is and how much we enjoyed our visit in April. The condo was the nicest I've ever been in and I have been in Condos from Boca Raton to Panama City from Clearwater to Gulf Shores.
